The MOMS Club Board holds their positions for one year from July through June. Below is a list of responsibilities for each board position.
The President presides at the monthly meetings and acts as a liaison with other organizations, the community, and MOMS Club International.
Administrative Vice President
The Admin VP assists the president in fulfilling her responsibilities and assumes the duties of the president when she is not available. The Admin VP also coordinates the service projects of the local chapter and setting up speakers for the monthly meetings.
Membership Vice President
The Membership VP promotes membership in the group, publicizes the group in the community, assists the treasurer in the collecting of dues, and coordinates hospitality at the meetings.
The Secretary maintains the chapter roster, coordinates or prepares any correspondence, and takes minutes of business and executive board meetings.
The Treasurer is responsible for all funds of the group, and to deposit all such funds in the name of the group in a bank selected by the executive board. She also maintains financial records, and receives and disperses any funds as directed by the executive board. Finally she prepares and presents a financial report to the Executive Board and members of the group at least once a year.
